**Reliable means of transportation**

Hosts:

  • Greet all guests when they arrive with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

  • Assist guests to their dining preference. ie. bar service, dining room, take out, etc.

  • Using the reservation system, Tock, and controlling the flow of the restaurant

  • Excellent multitasking skills in seating, answering phones, keeping the floor plan up to date.

  • Explaining the ordering system to the guests and making sure that they are comfortable.

  • Helping bus tables and resetting for the next guest.

Service Assistants:

  • Greeting guests with water service and helping them place orders either through the QR code or you.

  • Suggestively selling items to help your guests decide; offering beer samples when needed.

  • Friendly and knowledgable about the beer and food menus.

  • Taking care of any needs the guests might have throughout their visit.

  • Prebussing and checking on guests throughout their experience.

  • Helping bus tables.

Runners:

  • Delivering the correct food and / or beverage items to the guests and making sure quality is of Cinderlands standards.

  • Being accommodating to the guests needs.

  • Prebussing and checking on guests throughout their experience.

  • Helping bus tables.

Strong knowledge of and passion for beer.
Following company policies on cash management and closing tables out.
Building great professional relationships with colleagues across departments and is able to call on those to deliver great guest experiences..

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness within the bar and dining areasCompensation:
Position type: Part time or Full Time - Hourly + Tips
Full time eligibility of UPMC Health Plan Options for health, dental and vision.
Beer, meal, and merchandise privileges at our locations.
